HCS-100 Mineral and Metalworking Coolant
HSC-100 is a coolant cutting fluid that allows for an easy and efficient mixing. HSC-100 is a product that can be diluted with water.
- Low foaming characteristics
- Compatible with all metals
- Excellent rust control
- Excellent lubricant feature
- Leaves no residue on machines and tools
The fluid may be further diluted with water that is effective for medium or heavy duty machinery and grinding of ferrous or non-ferrous metals. Cutting fluids made with HCS-100 provides an excellent lubrication, for extended tool life.
- Contains no chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus, or nitrite
- Suitable for machinery: face milling, tapping, drilling, turning and sawing
- Recommended concentration of 3% to 6% in water
- Compatible with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals
- Keeps your tools cool for an extended life
