Cold ice pack paddles for food service
Rapi-Kool® Cold Paddles from San Jamar are an affordable and efficient way to quickly and safely cool soups, stews and other hot liquids. The paddles work by chilling foods from the inside-out, minimizing time-temperature abuse and bacterial growth. Keep several on hand; fill with water and freeze ahead for use when you need it. Rapi-Kool® Cold Paddles are dishwasher safe and NSF Certified. Optional accessories include handy hanging brackets and a laminated wall chart.
