MULTIPLUS 2 Streams Recycling Station 46 Gal

MODULAR SYSTEM

- The modular design of the MultiPlus allows it to evolve at the pace of the current recovery program, by adding or regrouping categories of materials. Each module is completely independent and can be attached to the others.

Each module is front unloading, but the material is deposited through the openings placed on top (choice of opening: slot, round, square). A rubber border around the opening makes the product safer.

MATERIAL -

The manufacturing material is sheet steel with 50% recycled content and recyclable at the end of its life. The sheet is finished with electrostatic paint (baked on paint) for durability. The bin uses 18-gauge sheet metal, except for the bottom which is 14-gauge. Plastic liners of 87 liters (23 US gal) are inserted inside each of the compartments. Bags measuring 30" x 38" can be used inside each of the liners. The liners, which have a lip at the top, are made of plastic with 35% recycled content. Their proper insertion into the compartment is facilitated by two guides attached to the bottom.

DIMENSIONS -

The exterior dimensions of a module are 13.85" (wide) x 23" (long) x 35" (tall).

FRONT DOOR -

The opening on the front of each compartment is a door attached with a stainless steel piano hinge that runs the full height. The positioning of the hinge allows the door to open fully.

The doors stay closed with magnets, and an optional lock prevents unauthorized access. A recessed handle makes it easy to open the door.

WHEELS-

Quiet 2" diameter rubber castors allow the unit to be easily moved, even when filled with material.

CLOSER (optional)

- An optional metal or plexiglass clasp is available, and can be installed on any opening.

SIGNAGE (optional)

- For signage, the use of 3M vinyl stickers with a Teflon finish makes it easy to change signs as needed. The adhesive used is metal and electrostatic paint safe, so that it is just hard enough to remove the stickers (preventing breakage by users), while still allowing for their removal in the event they need to be changed.

3M's quality vinyl stickers are coated with Teflon to ensure durability and prevent wear. The vinyl makes the stickers difficult to tear and is easily washable.
