Designed for indoor use, this bin has a capacity of 87 liters per compartment. Designed and manufactured in Quebec.

MODULAR SYSTEM - The Transit's modular design allows it to evolve in line with the current recycling program, by adding or grouping categories of materials. Each module is completely independent and can be wall-mounted.

Each module unloads from the front, through a front door that opens to the left with a recessed handle, but materials are deposited through openings on the top of the module: slot, round, square and jumble (combining slot and round). A rubber border around the opening makes the product safer. The lid is angled to prevent debris from accumulating on top of the islands.

MATERIAL - The manufacturing material is sheet steel with 50% recycled content, recyclable at end-of-life. The sheet is finished with electrostatic paint (baked-on paint) for high durability. The bin uses 18-gauge sheet steel, except for the bottom, which is 14-gauge. Plastic 58-liter (15 US gal.) liners are inserted inside each compartment. Bags measuring 26" x 36" can be used inside each of the liners. The liners, which feature a lip at the top, are made of plastic with 35% recycled content. Their proper insertion into the compartment is facilitated by two guides attached to the bottom.

DIMENSIONS - The exterior dimensions of a module are 15.98" (wide) x 13.5" (deep) x 38.19" (high).
