MODULAR SYSTEM -

The modular design of l'Universitaire allows it to evolve at the pace of the current recovery program, by adding or regrouping subject categories. Each module is completely independent and can be attached to the others.

Each module is front-discharge, but materials are deposited through openings on the top (choice of opening: slotted, round, square). A rubber edge around the opening makes the product safer.

MATERIAL -

The manufacturing material is sheet steel with 50% recycled content, recyclable at end-of-life. The sheet is finished with electrostatic paint (baked-on paint) for high durability. The bin uses 18-gauge sheet steel, except for the bottom, which is 14-gauge. Plastic 58-liter (15 US gal.) liners are inserted inside each compartment. Bags measuring 22" x 36" can be used inside each of the liners. The liners, which feature a lip at the top, are made from plastic with 35% recycled content. Their proper insertion into the compartment is facilitated by two guides attached to the bottom.
